What's the best way find a specific product?

At the top of the page is a search-bar (or a magnifying glass icon on mobiles); use this to search for the sign you're looking for and it will return a selection of the closest matches. If you know the product code, you can also use this to return the exact item.

I can't find the sign I'm looking for. What can I do?

So that our website isn't overwhelming, we limit the number of signs displayed online. We have a full range of approximately 50,000 different products so it's highly likely we'll be able to supply the item you're searching for. If you get in touch, we'll be able to assist.

How can I add my company's branding to your signs?

We're more than happy to add your business's logo and brand assets to our signage. To do this, simply place an order online and send over the required information to, making sure to quote your order number. Alternatively, give us a call and we can process your order, including these modifications, over the phone.

How can I place an order?

You can order products from Elevate Signs through our website, via email or by calling us.

Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely! As our manufacturing costs get cheaper as volumes increase, we're able to pass these cost-savings on to you.

Order 5+ units to save 10% per unit.

Order 10+ units to save 15% per unit.

Order 20+ units to save 20% per unit.

Order 50+ units to save 30% per unit.

These discounts apply when ordering multiple units of the same sign, in identical sizes and materials.

Do your online prices include VAT?

No; all prices displayed online are excluding VAT. Taxes and delivery costs will be added during the checkout process.


Can I pay with my credit card?

Absolutely; we accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Is my online payment secure?

Our website is powered by Shopify, one of the world's leading eCommerce solutions. This means we're able to benefit from their secure payments functionality.

All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Your data is encrypted, meaning that it's unreadable by potential threats, and firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic from accessing the web servers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically, products take 3 - 5 working days to arrive, dependent on stock availability.

How much does delivery cost?

If your total spend is less than £35, delivery is charged at £2.95. However, if you spend more than this, it's free.

Can you deliver my products faster?

Yes. If you require a quicker delivery period, simply get in touch and we'll discuss how we can assist.

Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive emails with links, to track how it's progressing.

Returns Information

What to do if I'm not satisfied with my products?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our signage and are massively confident that you'll be delighted too. If, however, you don't feel completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery and we'll either replace the items free of charge or process a refund.
